Not happy? No worries! We understand sometimes stuff doesn’t fit, doesn’t suit you or just doesn’t excite you. If something isn’t as you imagined or doesn’t fit we are happy to offer a refund or exchange, no questions asked.

If you would like to do an exchange, email us so we can reserve your item for you. (We will hold items for 2 weeks only) Then post back your original item with either a prepaid self addressed Australia post satchel, or email to pay return post with PayPal.
Returns must be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase.
Return postage is paid by the buyer unless item is faulty or we mixed up your order.
Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact. So make sure you love your purchase before you tear into it! Some examples of items which are packaged with this seal are; earrings, swimwear, underwear, hair accessories etc..
We recommend you use a trackable method of postage to ensure your item is returned to us safely.
Your item must be returned to us in new, unused condition. All items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.
If we can detect the item has been worn, damaged or soiled, it is deemed unsaleable. We reserve the right to reject items in this condition. Please be careful when trying on clothing and swimwear to avoid tears or marks.
